A chance encounter introduced Bel Ami superstar Johan Paulik to world-famous photographer Howard Roffman in early 2000. The result is a dramatic new book that allows Johan's legions of fans to see their idol as never before: through Roffman's incisive eye in the timeless medium of black and white photography.
“There are few erotic stars who have become icons, and Johan Paulik is definitely one of them — and now I know why,” says Roffman. “His personality shines through whenever he steps in front of a camera. Johan is decidedly more modest. In his introduction to the book, he notes: “At the tender age of 25, despite the many nice compliments I receive, I think that my modeling career is nearing the end.” Howard Roffman obviously disagreed, and has created a book that should delight both Paulik and Roffman followers alike.
