Harold Litton has given us a comprehensive overview of fantasy as the icing on the cake of sex, and/or as a way of adding great power and energy to sexual arousal and fulfillment in masturbation. Some of what he says here is similar to what he addressed in Joy of Solo Sex, but the scope here is much broader. His exercise, “Enhancing Your Erotic Fantasy Life,” is excellent, and can assist anyone creating vivid fantasies or improving the fantasy life they already have. It's an exercise in increasing your powers of imagination and visualization in all kinds of other realms as well!
Subtitled “How to enjoy and understand the sex in your head,” the book deals with a broad range of fantasies; some may not quite be your cup of tea, but all can have value. If nothing else, they can serve in opening you up to possibilities beyond what had previously been your wildest dreams! One of the most interesting discussions is how fantasy serves to bring healing. Litten explains how fantasy can assist in dealing with traumatic memories and easing emotional suffering.
But even more value lies in the ways in which this book can serve to expand your requisite variety in the whole sexual arena. Why not make your sex life as rich and full and rewarding as you possibly can! This book can help you do exactly that. It can be of great value in enriching and sparking your sex with
your mate and with yourself!
